Comentários: My experience with AthenaHealth has been really awesome. I like all the features and functionalities that it offers. It makes my work easier, faster, and efficient. It saves me time and helps me address patient's needs in a more concise and timely manner. I loved using this product!
Vantagens:
What I loved about AthenaOne is it is so easy to use. It is not complicated and quite easy to find information about the patient.
Desvantagens:
So far with my everyday use of Athena, I don't have any complaints as it makes my job a lot easier, faster, and efficient. Help me to address patient's needs in a quick and timely manner.

Outstanding Software For Any Medical Facility
Comentários: I work with athenaOne every day and I can't imagine my work day without it. It is very efficient and smooth, whether I'm checking in patients, adjusting the doctor's calendar, requesting or sending documents, viewing EMRs, or sending out communication to the patients; this software really does it all! The technical support team is also excellent at response time and effectively communicating resolutions to the rare times I have issues. I highly recommend to all medical facilities.
Vantagens:
AthenaOne has it all. It's an all-encompassing software, from checking in guests, to viewing EMRs, faxing documents, and communicating with patients; there is nothing else like it. The support team is quick to respond when there is an issue. It makes the work day so much more time-efficient and professional.
Desvantagens:
The updates can be a bit disruptive, but they work quickly to resolve any issues.

That it keeps the accounts per provider separate for the user using the portal domain
Desvantagens:
That it doesn’t sync records across providers when user logs in via generic portal
price increases and crashes
Comentários: it crashes way too often. Updates almost always come with issues that need to be addressed over the weeks after the release. I am frustrated with the crashes and increasing cost and to switch is always an issue
Vantagens:
It started out less expensive and had some good features
Desvantagens:
They increase the cost based, and it is based on gross revenue - so like everything in medical, you work harder and everyone takes a bigger slice, without being able to increase rates to accommodate. They charge primary care a higher percentage than specialists so the rich continue to get richer. They do respond to suggestions. For instance there is not "out of office" reply option for patient messages, and no way to send them to another provider. Ridiculous. And they refuse to address this

There's nothing in particular that I don't like, I think it's efficient.
