> **Desvantagens**: Some of the integration functions still need improvement. Currently things like texting, video visits, RX, all require third party integration that needs the client to set up separate accounts then connect to AP. Wish these could be just part of the software.

> We haven’t opened yet so can’t comment on actual use, but so far with set up and training we are very happy. The support and onboarding staff have been great. We did a lot of research of different options for EMR and AP is what we chose and so far we don’t regret this choice.
