You now interact with tech support people IF you're luck. Regarding billing issues (which occur several times a year because they are always making changes to increase the profit - you simply have email support??? Horrible. Additionally they continue to raise their costs every 1.5-2 years like clockwork. We have been with them for 20 years and the company is has now become is a shadow of their original self since being bought out. They have won no voter awards since 2017 for a very good reason... Simply go to their website and look at the vast amount of phone numbers for various "support".
