So, changing PMS systems is not an easy decision. The system itself is just part of the equation. The team behind it is even more important. The Barefoot team has been there from the beginning to support us. They understand the vacation rental business, they understand their product, they get to know their clients, and they make sure that even the smallest client never feels like a small fish in a big pond. > > **Desvantagens**: Integration with other vendor partners (i.e. channel managers, operational software) is a challenge. Would love to be able to pick any vendor partner and have them integrate with Barefoot but understand that it is a two way street.
