Desvantagens:

As vezes o carregamento com o servidor é um pouco lento proporcionando mais tempo de espera. Sua interface poderia ser mais rápida.

Comentários: With Remote Support - we can assist users remotely. We do not need to go on-site to troubleshoot. It saves our time and also help the users real time.

Vantagens:

What I like most about Remote Support is it allows me to view, control and even perform troubleshooting on the user's machine. The deployment is very easy and it really does it's function as a tool.

Desvantagens:

Other than network issues on the user's end as it really affects the remote session and the troubleshooting that I'll be doing on the device, Remote Support if perfect for me. I did not encounter any issues.

Vantagens:

The flexibility to be able to use this remote assistance solution from anywhere , from any OS helps a lot on daily basis. We tend to our customers on their issues very fluently.

Desvantagens:

At times we had few connection issues which were later on fixed by the respective admin teams, other than that this tool never gave much issues.

If it is deployed properly, the tool can operate perfectly with minimal disruptions to remote support operations. In overall the experience has been really good with minimal support requests coming from clients with respect to the daily operations, once finetuned properly.

Vantagens:

The ease of implementation with the ability to customise to meet client requirements accommodate enhanced security requirements, especially focusing the zero trust concepts. The intuitive UI makes the experience more positive.

Desvantagens:

Overall, the product is really good. However, have come across challenges due to external factors like connectivity and bandwidth requirements.

Comentários: Highly recommendable tool if your organization needs a remote access or remote support tool.Totally worth it :)

Vantagens:

Bomgar remote support is an essential tool for big organizations that need to provide remote support or o access to remote servers.I like that my division and team can save and classify all the servers so that you can search them and access remotely so quickly. Additionally, having file transfer and session invitations integrated makes the thing so comfortable

Desvantagens:

A couple of times my account has been blocked, probably by several wrong password attempts, and Bomgar remsupport web portal didn’t have the password recovery/reset option by myself and I needed to contact support and wait for their assistance.

Remote Support software did much to streamline the support process for me and my colleagues

Comentários: My company started using Remote Support about 8 months ago. We wanted a more seamless option for support when we were upgrading systems across our firm. I decided to try this out, and me and my team have had very good experiences overall. Most of all, my analytics team is able to get real time info on session logs and ticket tracking, in order to track how often my team accesses support features.

Vantagens:

The remote access feature was very easy and painless to use overall. The person who helped me had quick and seamless access to my desktop setup, and it was as if there was no disruption at all! The file transfer feature was also very intuitive.

Desvantagens:

Nothing in particular really stood out as anything I disliked. I had a thoroughly good experience with Remote Support.

Merits and Demerits of Remote Support

Vantagens:

This is an amazing technology where we can login to another machine through Remote Support. This is very user friendly and has many security features where unknown user cannot login without our permission. It send otp to verify the login, then only it allows. I personally like this security feature.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it disconnects suddenly without any reason, and We should login again from the scratch

It is very easy to learn and pick up if you have not used it before.

in my experience, the only issue I would have would be guiding users to the URL site to download the remote session. Other then that I haven't had any issues.
