> **Vantagens**: Customer service and the team's attention to detail is amazing.  The new platform is extremely user friendly; everything is at your fingertips\!  The ability to tailor the menu to individuals is great.

> **Desvantagens**: The transition from the old DMO to new DMO, there were some inconsistencies, but they were rectified immediately.  This is expected with any transition.

> The overall experience is amazing.  Any issues that arise are immediately rectified.  The DMO team goes above and beyond to work with each facility and even customize their processes to make a perfect fit\!  Could not be happier with DMO.

We looked at all the leading competitors and spent a great deal of time going over the pros/cons of each system. For the money Dietary Manager is defiantly the best value hands down. We are very pleased with our purchase.
