> **Vantagens**: Zuora is a great customizable billing system our SaaS company has used efficiently. It has powerful integrations with Salesforce and our other apps so all of our data is integrated together.

> **Desvantagens**: There seem to be many work-arounds we've had to create for scenarios we would expect to be fairly straightforward, such as prorations.

> Overall, we've enjoyed our transition to Zuora and it's saved our billing team so much time.
