> **Desvantagens**: Sometimes, it can be difficult to remember to stop or start the timer. It would help if Harvest had better reminders. Harvest does have some type of reminder if it perceives the clock has run too long. But it doesn't always remind the user until it is way too late.

> Overall, I really love the product. It is easy to use and convenient to manage time for tasks and projects.

> **Vantagens**: Very customizable with the time sheet options and the ability to add categories and sub categories to a specific time block. Easy to learn right away with a simple and clean user interface and able to easily edit time so it is not rigid or if you accidentally forget it on you can go back and fix it.

> **Desvantagens**: I don't like that it does not send you the "did you leave your timer on" towards the end of my work day as a reminder to turn it off. Instead I get it at odd hours or the next morning and I have to figure out when I actually stopped working because the clock just keeps going.

Having worked in a previous organization that required time tracking, yet didn’t have a tool implemented, it was so cumbersome to maintain my time on a spreadsheet. I also appreciate the ability to make changes—if I forget to switch my timer between clients, or if I attend an event not in front of my computer (where I didn’t start a time on my phone).

> **Desvantagens**: Nothing—gets the job done well for my use case\! It could be nice if using the PTO code would sync with PTO tracking in our HRIS, but it’s possible that’s a setting our team hadn’t enabled.

> **Vantagens**: From a user perspective it is easy to use and manage and the expense capture from the phone app makes it very easy to capture as soon as you get a receipt in your hand.

> **Desvantagens**: The calendar is set to a standard working week (Mon to Fri) however when with clients in Saudi Arabia the working week is Sunday to Thursday so a week is split over 2 time sheets and can't be adjusted. Does make it a little manual when creating client invoices and timesheet matching.

> Overall a solid platform as long as you have a normal work pattern and does save time on the expenses side.
