We've had terrible account support and frequent issues with the software. Often, an issue will come up due to a change they've applied to our account that they failed to inform us about. We have also often waited weeks for issue resolution when we couldn't afford to wait weeks. If they don't turn things around soon, we will not renew our license next time. > > Overall, we were quite happy with Alchemer at the outset but something has changed at the company and their tool and their support (especially engineering support) has been glitchy / poor.
