> **Desvantagens**: There are several areas that are a hard stop unless certain information has been entered and will potentially need to be changed later, which causes extra steps for the clinician, as well as anyone auditing the charts.

> The program is user-friendly and is easy to use, if you don't overthink it. There are a lot of good features and has the potential to be a great, competitive software, if the company is willing to change/add more features to enhance what the program already has and does on both the clinical and billing spectrums.

Customer service will say someone will call you, but you'll hardly get a call back. The customer is never right from their perspective, rather their metric is. Your patient data automatically disappears/ inactivate in their software.

> Terrible. Overall, not a great experience. Complex system. failed promotions, billing fraud with inaccurate census representation.
