She was apathetic to my situation and it appeared she could not wait to get me off the phone. > > **Desvantagens**: I have been using their remittance viewer to check on check payments and to see which claims have been rejected and the reason for the rejection. So far everything was going great i have been able to download the files in an excel version and complete my weekly audit process. On \[sensitive content hidden\] a check was issued and paid to the business but it was never listed in the remittance viewer. I called and was told a ticket would be issued. I was asked for the NPI number that was associated with the check i provided the info and then i received a message saying the ticket was closed and I was referred to provider payments.com. I was never told why the check did not show up in remittance viewer. So today i called to inquire on why the check did not show up on remittance viewer because it appears that there are other payments we are expecting that are not showing up in the remittance viewer. The individual who assisted me on \[sensitive content hidden\] repeated the message of going to provider payments after i gave her the ticket number. I asked why the checks were not showing up and she replied check with provider payments she could not help me any further i asked to speak to someone else who could assist or even a supervisor she said there was no supervisor and no one else would assist me. So i'm here left with this issue still not resolved still not clear why the check did not show up on their portal and if we should be using this portal going forwards. She did not care about my issue she was smirking on the phone which made me extremely frustrated and I told her she was not qualified for her job. I hung up and when i called again the call center message said there were 3 callers ahead of me with a 13 mins wait time that kept increasing to 14 mins then 15 mins so i hung up immediately blocked my number and called again and miraculously I was first in line i had to hang up after waiting a while for someone to come to the phone. Extremely appalling customer service. > > Horrible worst customer service i've ever experienced.
