We do all our frontend and QA ticketing thru Basecamp, it is nice that they do not vanish into thin air. They also provide us with an additional view of the board and calendar, which is whatever. > > **Desvantagens**: The most frustrating thing about Basecamp is sometimes it seems like they put to much emphasis on features and I lose track of where things are located, especially finding the CRM section. Sometimes we miss or lose track of important alerts. • We have found issues with inconsistency between desktop app notifications and the web version.
