The support team is also responsive in a timely manner. > > **Desvantagens**: The mobile app needs to be updated to include more features, for example, document acknowledgment. There are many end users who primarily use their mobile phones and will not use a computer; it is critical for the mobile app to provide all of the same options as the online version. Having to direct hundreds of employees to the web browsers when they use the mobile app is time-consuming and extremely confusing for end users. > > It is one of the better systems on the market, highly customizable, easy to use, and UKG offers a good support system. We have been with the platform for two years, and have been happy with it. The call center can't help you, it takes forever to find help or you won't ever receive any kind of support. Our business was left alone with too many issues. I'm sure the software itself isn't bad, but no one was willing to assist us in making it work for our business. The software was difficult to use and not user friendly. Users couldn't locate benefit enrollment and had issues adjusting tax setup and other info. The missing support for tax setup and filing was a nightmare. The reporting feature was extremely difficult to navigate and reports had missing or incorrect info at times. > > Considering the high price of this product, we expected much better support.
