This happens when I have posted our collection of Management fees, and when I go to print the item, it produces a page that has a bunch of information and text from the previous page on it. I am usually required to filter out and reduce the page size to be able to read what I need on the page that I am printing. If you would like a demonstration of this, I would be happy to provide it. It started happening a couple of years ago, and I have tried different browsers, tried clearing cookies, ect. Nothing has worked to fix this issue. > > I have used Buildium for the last 11 years. Allows a reasonable price as you grow your portfolio. The 1099 process and statement of Owner's accounts are pretty easy and straight forward. > > **Desvantagens**: Reconciliation often has problems. I have to unlink and link bank accounts or wait a couple of days for it to get fixed. Always works eventually, so not too terrible.
