Imagine using financial software and being unable to confidently run financial reports because the underlying payment data cannot be trusted. The entire purpose of accounting software is to provide accurate financial information, yet that becomes impossible when transactions are not recorded properly. For a company that markets itself as a leader in accounting solutions, the lack of accountability and responsiveness is incredibly frustrating.
