The automated billing works reliably and takes a lot off our plate, and the addition of mobile app access and online signups has been a huge upgrade for both us and our members. One of the biggest advantages is the pricing model. Once you purchase it, you’re not locked into ongoing monthly fees unless you choose to add upgraded features. > > **Desvantagens**: It doesn’t have quite as many features as we’d like for more specific use cases. The online signup flow could also be more polished, especially when it comes to offering membership options. Right now, if you want to offer something like a Basic Single Membership with different payment terms (month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, annual), it will pop up as a different membership option in the same drop down menu. It would be much cleaner to have those options built into a separate dropdown so the signup page doesn’t feel as crowded or repetitive. > > Overall, it’s been a positive experience.
