The learning curve was practically non existent, making it painless for everyone on our team to jump right in and start working. Screen resolution matching was top notch, so controlling remote desktops felt fluid and natural without any annoying text scaling issues. We also appreciated having integrated virus and malware protection capabilities, which gave us an extra layer of security when connecting to offsite endpoints. For overall speed and smooth remote management, it worked really well during the years we relied on it. > > **Desvantagens**: The biggest downside eventually came down to value for money. Year after year, subscription price increases made it harder to justify, especially as more cost effective alternatives entered the market. We occasionally ran into minor bugs and issues, such as display freezing during session handoffs or the background host agent disconnecting after operating system updates. Whenever we reached out to customer support for help, response times could be hit or miss, which felt frustrating given the high cost of the software. > > We used LogMeIn Pro for several years to handle our remote desktop connections and IT support before migrating to a more modern, budget friendly setup. It would be nice if it was optional to change the resolution, but it does it automatically. I would like to just zoom in when necessary and otherwise see the entire screen. > > LogMeIn Pro has allowed us to work remotely fairly effortlessly for a reasonable cost. It has really helped us to provide more flexibility to our employees to get their work done, or to still be able to provide support to our team despite being forced to stay home (such as during self-quarantine due to COVID-19, etc.).
