When AutoDealer Plus did a demo for us in 2008, I immediately knew it was exactly what we needed. It is truly an all-in-one system for us. It manages our BHPH accounts, DMV, Bookkeeping, RO's and internal reconditioning for our repair shop as well as a CRM that maintains organization for every element of a sale to our customer. It is complete integration. We run thinner than most dealerships in terms of employees, and integration for all departments of our dealership is a must. I can't emphasize enough that Shaw's Auto Sales wouldn't be anywhere near as successful and organized f we hadn't partnered with ASN. Best decision we made. > > **Desvantagens**: I can't think of any downsides to AutoDealer Plus because if I have had an issue, they have had a solution. The answer to any system questions, or solutions to a particular problem have already been solved. I just talk to tech support and they've taught us how to find and use what were looking for. > > Excellent. When we call, we speak to a person immediately. If I've needed a special report, they've created it. They keep us compliant before we even know a law has changed. Finally, from a financial perspective, the amount of money ASN has saved us in fee reimbursement, inventory management, parts auditing, and much more, is unmeasurable.
