Some background removers can leave a thick line of background or remove a persons arm, leg, or hair on accident. The inPixio Photo Studio background remover is more detailed and performs better. I was also under the impression that the product was capable of more and included more after reading the description. Some of the tools that are included were not of the quality that they were described to be and some were actually add ons and were not included at all. Customer support is not readily available. I had taken the perfect shot of a bride in her gown but someones shoulder was in the frame, I did not want to crop the photo so object removal was my only option. The photo turned out perfect, but I was disappointed with my overall experience.
