Sometimes this can be confusing, but I am not sure how else you would provide the incredible customizability otherwise.

> **Desvantagens**: At first it was a lot to learn (a million different options, settings, infinitely customizable) but once you put the time in to figure it out you'll be happy to have the option to do anything you can imagine.

> We were moving away from Zendesk for cost reasons and decided to give HaloPSA a try. We were not disappointed in the least. Absolute powerhouse of a software that does things we could never dream of doing in past software filling the same roles.
