> **Vantagens**: GiveMe5.ai makes collecting and displaying reviews easy.  The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and sending a review request to a client is a breeze.  GiveMe5.ai integrates with tons of review websites which makes the review experience so much easier for the client.

> **Desvantagens**: The thing that I like least about GiveMe5.ai is that setting up the SMS review requests is a little difficult because it requires use of a third-party platform.  The other thing I don't like about GiveMe5.ai is that it often mischaracterizes consumer sentiment as negative when in fact it's positive.

> **Desvantagens**: The centralized dashboard is nice, but would be better if it summarized all office locations on the page instead of forcing you to manually select each location to review their status.  Also, I really wish it would capture the company responses in the dashboard so that you can see them - I sometimes respond in Google Maps directly, or through another app that monitors my reviews (Levitate), but it seems to only show you the company response if you go through GiveMe5 to post it.  Otherwise, it appears on the app as though you've not yet responded when you in fact have.

> Good overall.  Their customer support was a big help in getting it set up.  I belive it has matured since we started using it over a year ago, and is even easier to onboard.
