You have the capacity to conduct polls and question-and-answer sessions with ease. The video quality in Adobe Connect is also stunning unlike the leading software in the market. > > **Desvantagens**: One thing I have noticed in Adobe Connect is the unavailability of a dial-in service, which might complicate users who heavily rely on VOIP to join in online meetings. You cannot even invite users who do not have an Adobe account, which further complicates the entire process. There are also instances that the software glitches when sharing your screen, prompting users to restart the video call again. > > I believe Adobe has yet to improve its software to catch up with some of its contenders in the market. It needs to retain its high-definition video while improving the glitches it has in the past. ----- ### "Hosting Online Meetings at Top with AC" — 4.0/5 > **Mary** | *4 de agosto de 2025* | Maquinário | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It has been seamless and effective to host virtual meetings and webinars with Adobe Connect over the internet. > > **Desvantagens**: Even though I mainly use the desktop version, mobile application in my iOS device lack some capabilities. > > Holding in-house training has been at breeze with Adobe Connect through virtual meetings and virtual classrooms. ----- ### "Great teaching platform, but disappointing customer service" — 2.0/5 > **Katherine** | *14 de setembro de 2026* | Gestão da educação | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Great teaching platform I have used Adobe Connect for more than four years as a teacher at an online school and have been very pleased with the platform. My positive experience led me to consider it for another school where I teach and serve on the board. > > **Desvantagens**: disappointing customer service Unfortunately, my attempts to contact Adobe by phone and email about obtaining the platform for that school have gone unanswered. It is frustrating to be interested in becoming a customer and unable to get a response. > > While I can recommend Adobe Connect based on my teaching experience, I am very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness to prospective customers. ----- ### "Virtual Training Done Right" — 4.0/5 > **Sasha** | *4 de dezembro de 2024* | Bens de consumo | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: One of those is that the webinar layouts and the engagement tools in Adobe Connect are customizable. Users are able to create virtual rooms with customizable layouts for trainer needs like breakout rooms and polls. Virtual sessions are dynamic with such engagement tools as live Q\&A and interactive whiteboards, the engagement tools, to make sure participants remain engaged in the webinar. > > **Desvantagens**: The audio quality could be improved in one area, as it can sometimes lag in larger sessions. The process of setting up new webinars can also be streamlined, and the time spent on administrative tasks should be cut down. > > Adobe Connect was a very useful way of hosting virtual training sessions. This way, you can customize layouts and still use interactive features like polls to keep your participants engaged, even when the training session feels like it might be boring. ----- ### "Adobe Connect is the Real Online Meetings Deal" — 5.0/5 > **Jonathan** | *9 de setembro de 2025* | Hospitais e Saúde | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Adobe Connect not only facilitate instant messaging and meeting features but also have online learning capabilities that help manage courses in my organization. > > **Desvantagens**: I have used Adobe Connect for an extended duration and I have not discovered any drawbacks when streamlining corporate meetings online. ----- Page: 1 / 29\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.capterra.pt/software/203963/adobe-connect?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.pt/software/203963/adobe-connect) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
