> **Vantagens**: Clearooms has the most reliable security and safety tools that allows us to make our meeting rooms a safe place for our confidential discussions. Its dashboards provide an instant view of the meeting rooms status making it easy to know which room is full and which one has space for booking. Clearooms also gives us outright meeting rooms reports that help is evaluate how well or poor they are performing. It has a very simple and straightforward booking interface that makes meeting rooms and desk booking very easy for all of us.

> **Desvantagens**: We have not yet found anything unpleasing about Clearooms. It has served us excellently.

> **Vantagens**: What I liked most with Clearooms is that it made hybrid office scheduling way less confusing compared to the old process of asking around on Slack or checking random spreadsheets to see who was coming in. People can quickly book desks or meeting rooms themselves and the floor plan view honestly helps a lot when teams want to sit together on certain days.&#10;The setup is also straightforward for normal users. Most people in our office understood it without needing much training otherwise complicated workspace tools usually get ignored. Outlook calendar sync worked well for us most of the time and automatic booking visibility reduced double quite a bit.

> **Desvantagens**: The platform is simple overall but some settings and configurations can feel a little confusing initially when managing multiple office areas or changing floor layouts later. Also had a few situations where calendar syncing or desk availability updates took slightly longer to refresh.&#10;Reporting is decent for basic usage but I still feel analytics and occupancy insights could be more detailed especially for larger hybrid teams trying to track office usage trends properly.

> Overall Clearooms has been pretty useful for managing hybrid office scheduling without overcomplicating things. Before using it people were constantly messaging each other asking who booked which desk or whether meeting rooms were free and honestly it became messy once hybrid work increased.&#10;Now most of that coordination happens automatically through bookings and availability views which saves time and avoids small daily confusion. We mainly used it for desk booking meeting room management and checking office attendance before coming on site.&#10;And it's not some super advanced platform with tons of flashy features but that's also part of why people actually use it regularly. For day to day hybrid office management it does the job well and removes a lot of unnecessary back and forth.

> **Vantagens**: We implemented Clearooms in early 2023. It was the simplest hot desking management tool to set up, with built in support for SSO and user provisioning. It also came in at a lower cost than competing options.&#10;&#10;Whenever we have needed assistance, the support team has been straightforward and responsive. An added benefit is that Clearooms supports visitor registration alongside meeting room bookings.&#10;&#10;Our team accesses the platform through the Teams integration, the mobile app, and the web interface. They particularly value being able to see their booked desk on the uploaded floor plans.

> **Desvantagens**: Placing all desks on the floor plan can be a little fiddly. The app’s design could also be improved but given the overall value it is a minor drawback.
