> **Vantagens**: The application is free to use and does pretty much everything you want from a basic CRM such as contact management, customer support and project management. It was quick to setup an account.

> **Desvantagens**: I found the software to be a bit sluggish (compared with other CRMs). It also does not have the ability to store product information or generate quotes which are very useful adds to a CRM - it lacks some of the features present in other CRMs.
> 
> at the start it did exactly what I was looking for, which was a central storage location to store contact information. But then I wanted to be able to tag information and enter products which I was unable to do.  That combined with the sluggish response times (I might be unlucky here) became a deal breaker.
