> **Vantagens**: Integrate all the activities for Real Estate Developers which is something very difficult to find.We have to say that it is a software 100% focused on that industry.
> 
> **Desvantagens**: The CRM is really old and has 0 integrations. You have to import manually the contacts that come from any source. It takes tons of time to import them and assign tasks to the sales team.Getting reports takes tons of minutes because the system is very slow.If we have any problem, it is solved in at least 8 hours due to the support team work hours.

> If the system were faster and the CRM updated to have external integrations would be really good. They told me that are implementing new tools for the CRM and would be done in 12 months. I hope that with the improvement all the problems will be solved.
