The integrations works well, which makes it easy to send product data to different sales channels. The onboarding and support feel personal and helpful. Whenever I had questions, the team responded quickly and thought along with me. > > **Desvantagens**: KatanaPIM is a fairly basic PIM compared to more extensive tools like Akeneo. If you’re looking for very advanced features or highly complex product data setups, KatanaPIM may feel a bit limited. That said, this also comes with a good price–quality balance: you don’t pay for complexity you don’t necessarily need. > > Overall, my experience with KatanaPIM has been positive.
