For me the playbook feature really was a game changer to streamline the processes within our team and create a harmonised approach to our customer relationship building. The team members I worked with were highly competent, understood the nitty gritty of the gaps in CS Operations in my organization and provided proper consultation on how to use the product to address those gaps.
