I changed it with Vestwell, thinking they would transfer the information. A pop-up or indicator explaining that this doesn't make the change with the payroll company would be helpful.

> **Desvantagens**: Our company was forced to switch to Vestwell after they bought the company (Guideline) who previously managed our 401k. The transition has been terrible. Vestwell failed to process contributions for multiple employees after the transition. And their support is completely unresponsive. It's unacceptable for a 401k provider to fail to process contributions and also fail to assist in correcting the issue. Stay away.
