> **Desvantagens**: Multiple "routine" reviews, all within weeks of each other.  The response to a complaint is almost identical with each person you speak with (canned).  They lock up your money for weeks at a time with no real explanation.

> Abhhorrant. They do not care about their customers.  You cannot speak to a supervisor without jumping through hoops.
