> **Vantagens**: We now have one system to operate on Scheduling and rescheduling is a breeze and we have instant communication of changes across the team

> **Vantagens**: What I like as a field user is the simplicity and how easy it is to use. Everything I need to record is now done on the mobile APP. We no longer have any paper forms time sheets are all done online and I dont lose any costs. Also I can photograph my jobs take notes and its all save to a job time line as they say a picture tells a thousand words. One other cool feature is a powerup for drilling companies like ours called LIVE GEO that records all of the drilling we do the type of geology , water levels and any other drilling techniques we use

> **Desvantagens**: It is hard to fill out some of the paperwork we have on a phone. Better on a tablet which I am now using

> Magnetize have been great to deal with. I'm not tech guru and I have rung them several times for help with the app and they have been really helpful and seem to listen to any suggestions I make
