We experienced payroll funding timing issues despite submitting everything accurately and on time, along with inconsistent guidance from different departments. Additionally, the platform lacked functionality we previously had with another provider, including more flexible reporting, document management with e-signature, seamless data integrations, and timekeeping controls and administrative visibility are limited. > > Our overall experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the critical nature of payroll.
