The cost is very reasonable for what you get, which is always a plus. One of the biggest highlights is the support—they’re responsive, helpful, and actually listen to feedback. You can tell they’re actively improving the product based on what users are saying, which makes a big difference.

> **Desvantagens**: There’s definitely a learning curve getting started. The documentation is decent but could be more thorough in some areas. I also wish there were more out-of-the-box features—while it’s very flexible, you often have to build things yourself that feel like they could be standard.
