There is a very simple guide to follow that indicates what fields in the excel worksheet relate to the data entry fields within QuickBooks > > **Desvantagens**: The ability to remove certain fields which arent required from the excel import templates would be useful as currently they are just having to be left blank and the file doenst look as clean as it could do. Not a big deal though as we have worked out what fields are required and just assigned them a different colour. The software is unable to import sales/bills transactions to a balance sheet GL account. When attempting to do this the software creates a new expense account but does not give the user any notice that this has happened. We discovered this when compiling our company month-end reporting and items were in an unexpected place. This should be fixed as it could lead to a significant problem. > > This software has allowed us to import data into QuickBooks in a much quicker way than the regular import tools that Intuit provide. I could not activate the purchase on a weekend and needed the functionality they promised for a report for Monday so I bought the monthly license guided by their support. The field mapping is very specific, if you change your import columns, you have to make a new map from scratch. > > Transaction Pro is great because it can be purchased out right and has a proven history of success.
