What really stood out for me though was the support. I recently queried our subscription after realising we’d been on a higher tier than necessary. The team took the time to review it properly, acknowledged the situation, and came back with a fair resolution without any hassle. That kind of after-sales support is rare. When you are trying to use your accounts to track profitability then this is far too long after the month end. There should be an option to allow the import before the VAT data is ready IF you want to . Then it is up to the user to correct the information if it is wrong.
