> **Vantagens**: The biggest thing for me is that we get a lot of traffic to the website and we get lots of leads. We don't spend as much with Autotrader anymore. 

We love that it's responsive so all my customers can see and interact with everything we put up on the website which is big for us because we have lots of shoppers that don't have home computers and use their cellphone for everything.

I'm also not very tech savvy and I have no problem jumping into the site to update things or add pictures so ease of use is a big one for me.

Any time we need an update or are looking for some help with building out a promo on the website customer service is fast to help out even sometimes when we wait till the last minute.

> **Desvantagens**: The only thing I can really come up with is that this system does so much and they are always adding more to it that if you don't set aside some time to learn and use the new stuff you just know you're missing out. I would love if they could add some video tutorials for new features so it would be faster to learn what's new.

> **Vantagens**: It was really easy to get set up and the service team is awesome to work with. Our website has become our primary and only advertising for the dealership and we get lots of leads.

> **Desvantagens**: We had an issue uploading images for a couple of vehicles one time so we called them and they were able to help us out. Beyond that anything, we have needed they have taken care quickly.

> I've been a client for quite a few years and we enjoy the website very much, anytime we need an upgrade or any changes we call in and it gets done immediately, the service is fantastic I can't say enough good things about it\!

We get a lot of leads through the site, we are in the small town of Taylor and I thought that nobody would ever really go look at a website in a small little town like that but people do it all the time.

We don't actually spend any money on advertising we just use our website, our website is our advertising. Nothing like free leads all day long\!
