> **Vantagens**: When we first contacted Okkular, they were a predominantly fashion-focused AI tag generator. Coming from the decor angle, we saw the potential of using the same AI attribute tagging to speed up our listing creation by removing a lot of manual labor for color (especially) and other subject matter tags.
The engine works very, very well with a high degree of accuracy. Importantly, the interactions we've had with the Okkular team have always, without exception, been pleasant and professional. They are genuinely great people with a great product that saves us time and money.

> **Desvantagens**: Because Okkular is still in development for our industry, there are of course UI and tag elements that are missing, but this is understandable. It's obvious that the team is working on developing these items and I have confidence that they will get there. They've been flexible and responsive to us when and if we need something critical.

> Okkular is allowing us to tag our listings at a rate that would require many, many human employees working on nothing but tedious tagging of attributes like color that are critical in the decor space for customer discovery.

> **Vantagens**: We use tag generation \& visual search on our site. Tag generation allows us to automate tags to power our filters, improve our search performance and enrich other third party UX technologies. It saves us times and the visual search features allows for simple product discovery.

> **Desvantagens**: Seeing 95%+ accuracy on the AI would be the dream. It's very high at the moment, but there is some level of human verification still required before tags are published. Every suggestion is taken on board and any query addressed very quickly.
