There was a learning curve for me, especially in using it with mobile apps. However, the time came where I learned how to properly use the video recording features, the tool became easier for me to understand and use. > > **Desvantagens**: Initially I did not like the idea of using an outside source from the initiating website to record videos and record audio. However in time I adjusted and now have done many tasks with Userzoom. I am not a software or app developer so I cannot imagine any other other features the tool can adopt. I think I will leave that to the software makers. As an end user, I have not found Userzoom to be glitchy.
