Comentários: I have been using PocketOcean for a little over a year now. I would consider myself an expert in the software. I have several projects set up within the software. My team and I are using the software to collaborate on tasks, we share documents, and have group chats in the forum area and messaging. I initially used PocketOcean as my cloud storage several years ago but then transitioned to using more project management features when they rolled them out a little over a year ago.
Vantagens: PO tremendously helps me and my department stay on track with our tasks. We don't miss deadlines like we use too. We are able to chat, collaborate when we are not at the same location or are, and we heavily use the kanban chart feature. I truly love using PocketOcean. I have never been more on top of my work. I have reduced my stress levels drastically. I am also happy to pay 1 price for my entire team instead of per user. What's really cool and fun about the software is that it has a Timeline feature that allows my to have a social media page but only giver permission who I want to see it. Total control!
Desvantagens: First, its seems like PO is a lot to overcome but it's very simple once you have given the typical time to learn any software.
