The support from the AirMason team is unmatched, and we've extended our use of the platform beyond employee handbooks to Sales Incentive Compensation plans and even event-specific 'handbooks'. The cost of the platform is so minimal for the value it brings, and the fact that you can create an unlimited amount of documents without paying additional keeps us going back to "what else can we use this for?" > > **Desvantagens**: Truly the only 'issue' I've had with the platform is the fact that you can't make cosmetic or other minor edits without creating a new version of the handbook. So for example, if my original handbook is version 1.0 and that's what an employee signed, and then I make a very slight edit to a couple words here or there or update a photo, when I publish those changes it becomes the current version labeled 1.1. Early on we didn't realize that and we would make minor updates as needed and before we knew it we were up to version 1.12 and we hadn't made any substantive changes to the policies.
