> **Vantagens**: The customer service and proactiveness of people at Talenthub is my favorite part.

> **Desvantagens**: It's very complicated to use. There are many options and we get lost in what to choose when we're trying to get the most important data. the UI is also making it a bit tricky..there's buttons you need to click that are not entirely intuitive. But I gave this feedback to the team as well,  and I know they are working to improve it, which is another reason why customer service is so great.
