> **Vantagens**: MixerSeater saved me so many hours of work when planning a weekend networking retreat for over 100 C-level women. Post-retreat surveys provided excellent feedback regarding how well the seating was arranged allowing attendees to maximize their opportunities for connection.

> **Desvantagens**: It would be helpful to be able to add specific criteria to seating arrangements such as industry, position, ethnicity, etc.
> 
> MixerSeater allowed me to create seating arrangements so that attendees were seated with new faces at every opportunity, thus allowing them to connect with the wider network. I have created seating charts on my own in the past and it is a time-consuming process. MixerSeater allowed me to create multiple seating arrangements over a three-day weekend in minutes, freeing up hours of time for me to focus on other critical areas of the event while providing attendees maximum networking opportunities.
