It is helpful for automating franchisee communication and task management. As we grow we will be able to use it to improve our franchisee's experience and streamline growth.

> Overall, I have had a positive experience. I believe the value of what you pay for the CRM is worth it. Customer service is great, the features provided are comparable if not better then other CRMs and it is easy to use and figure out things on your own.

Answer any questions I have an integrate lead capture forms with various marketing agencies and web developers I feel like I have a solid support system and structure for building out the new franchise system.
