Comentários: A lot of our processes were not previously mapped and flow charts were not being created and utilized. Gilffy has made it easy to document process maps, which in turns makes learning processes easer and make development easier.
Vantagens: We have the software integrated with Atlassian's Confluence, so it is really easy to edit the process flow in a page or document. The search functionality makes it quick to find the shape or feature you need. All the objects you may need are also nicely organized and easy to drag and drop from the scrollable and collapsible menu. Resizing and adding text is user friendly and there are multiple themes to choose from. There is a section that remembers the shapes you use the most and makes they readily available in one place.
Desvantagens: The one thing that I like the least about this software is how the connectors function. It took me a little bit to get used to how to make them turn the way I wanted, but it is such a small issue compared to the otherwise easy to use application.
