The system integrates with our HRIS, allowing us easy access to requesting the background check directly from Recruiting. The cost is comparable to other platforms, and the customer service is quick. > > **Desvantagens**: Checkr has so many positive qualities - the only thing that I wish was different would be to have a dedicated account manager with a phone number or email to contact. Their customer service is through scheduled office hours or through chat.
