Vantagens:
I love the ease of use, phenomenal customer service, ability to customize the program to our needs, and our customer service liaison, [sensitive content hidden], was absolutely outstanding. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, resourceful, and always there to help if I need it.
Desvantagens:
The learning curve was steep for our employees not comfortable using computer programs to do estimates.

Comentários: Overall the experience has been GREAT! The onboarding process was absolutely amazing. We went through the entire process and the person I worked with from the team at SingleOps really listened to me when I explained what I needed the system to do and how I needed to see it on my end. They were thorough and when my onboarding was complete, I felt very confident in using the software and then teaching it to our team.
Vantagens:
We like that we have one system that does it all. From preparing the proposal in the field, sending that to our customers as quickly as possible, the CRM that is built in and then taking the same information and our field crew using it to complete the job exactly as it was explained to the customer. We used to have to take information from one system into 2 others and we were making errors and not all the information was being passed. This system makes it seamless and everyone sees the same information from start to finish.
Desvantagens:
I would like it to have a few more calendar features such a recurring tasks and appointments. Also the text notifications are not automated like the emails. I do wish that capability was there and hope to see it in the future. I also would like to see a few more personalization features on the routing software that truly allow routing to take place, but overall, it works and we have found ways to make it do what we want.
Support is a joke

Single Ops Review
Comentários: Overall, our experience with Single Ops has been positive. They continue to build upon customer service and the addition of a dedicated Customer Success Mgr has been a great addition.
Vantagens:
Single Ops provides the best customer & work management solution for our business.
Desvantagens:
The downside to Single Ops is the limited GL integration with financial accounting software is with QuickBooks only. When we initially started using Single Ops we used Sage accounting software. Since Single Ops is limited to Quickbooks GL integration we had to convert our financial software over and we learned the hard way that it is better to convert over to QB first, then implement Single Ops.

Comentários: We have a deep appreciation for the folks working at Singleops as they too are growing with an amazing platform with a unique way to bring all the portions of the sales process together, beginning with a Lead, then moving to a proposal, to an active job, to completed and invoicing the customer. The notification system is wonderful allowing for emails and texts.

SingleOps allows for us to utilize templates for all of our Divisions of Service

The setup of the software is extremely complex and not simple to setup. It takes a major commitment of time and energy and costing to get the most out of the platform.

Why we chose SingleOps
Comentários: Overall, things have run more smoothly with SingleOps. If we do have an issue, customer service is quick to respond to help if at all possible. I like that even if what I want to do cannot be accomplished in that call, I can make a request for the programmers to review for changes. It feels as if someone is listening and working to make things better even if a request may take a while to implement.
Vantagens:
(1) Ease of use: The other software program we were using was difficult to navigate. Our employees don't want to spend half of their time in frustration trying to navigate a complicated program, and neither do I. Between the two programs, the difference was that the other one was very PC/programmer/system heavy while SingleOps is more visual/intuitive in scope. (2) Program features: SingleOps program features, for the most part, allows us to do what we need to do to serve our customers well. From an office perspective, I love how easy it is to use the calendar for scheduling, billing, and for being able to assign tasks to not only the crew but also for myself. I love it that the customer can click to accept proposals so that we don't have to deal with so much paper. It's great to be able to put notes for the crew so that they can see information they need. Integration with QuickBooks was a must, as well. There are just so many great features I can't list them all here! (3) Customizability: It is very helpful that we can customize our proposals, terms and conditions, work orders, invoices, emails, and paid invoices. (4) Customer service: We appreciate that SingleOps customer service reps are native English speakers. SingleOps reps are always friendly, helpful, and sometimes they can even make suggestions for work arounds. They are great at coming up with workable solutions.(5) Program requests implementation.
Desvantagens:
(1) Customizability: SingleOps would have really knocked it out of the park if we could also have customizable Pre-Job Brief Hazard Assessment forms, which are OSHA requirements for our industry. (2) Program Features: When entering a city name, the zip code does not autofill. On the calendar the Job Name will appear, but not the address (unless you click on the Job Name). Would like to have the option for the address to appear. Cannot see which user did what actions on a specific job. Would like to be able to determine who may have changed something and when. Would like to be able to view all scheduled jobs for any given month at one time on a map. When I want to add a job based upon location, I currently have to use GoogleMaps to look each address up individually to determine which is closest. It would be faster/easier if I could see the map of the scheduled jobs and drag and drop the one I want to schedule on the same date next to a job that has already been scheduled that is in close proximity.

Vantagens:
It saves me so much time, it allows the estimators to do estimates right form their devices in the field instead of texting me and having me type them up. We actually tried Servsuite first, and SingleOps is hands down a better company and software program!
Desvantagens:
The only con I can find is length to fix glitches only because we use it all day long, but they ALWAYS fix the problem. Also glitches are so far and few between its not a big deal.

A Must Have For Tree Care Companies
Comentários: We've had our ups and downs, but we've found a way to work them out. I'd say without [sensitive content hidden] this season, we would have left. There were too many things not working and too many things that were taking too much time to fix. He's an asset to the SO team and company.

The online invoicing allows clients to pay faster. Being able to type up proposals onsite and have clients sign them before we leave the property. There are a lot of great things that SO does that we don't use yet. [sensitive content hidden] is my main man and when he's not around [sensitive content hidden] is also my savior. I enjoy learning new things about the process that it takes to make SO work and how the new aspects of the software can help our company grow.

I'm working on a project right now, and I don't have the time to wait for a day or two before someone sends me an email to read an article that I already read before I reached out. The online people don't seem to want to help much either, so once again. Customer service could use some help.
SingleOps has changed our business!
Vantagens:
The ability to clock in and out of job sites from you mobile device, without worrying about paperwork, is absolutely game changing. Since everything is integrated, our office admin can see everything in real-time. This software has really changed the way our business operates!
Desvantagens:
Since Apple iPhone has done an update, there is an ongoing problem in SingleOps. This has been a nuissance, especially when clocking in and out of multiple jobs throughout the day.
Good for Arborists
Comentários: Overall a helpful software that allows me to do my job more efficiently and effectively.
Vantagens:
Overall functionality is great, the ability to tag trees and use the map function on each estimate is very helpful. Especially with large properties that have alot of trees.
Desvantagens:
Servers seem to be iffy sometimes and will randomly exit me out of the program. Its gotten better than it used to be, but ive had plenty of work deleted because the software randomly decided to stop working.

Comentários: From the beginning you have one on one training to learn the system and it’s functions. Jessica is fantastic!

What I like most about SingleOps is that it keeps every customer and job organized from the Lead stage all the way until the job is completed. Everything flows right on to the next stage and is very user friendly.
Desvantagens:
The only thing that I miss is that they took away the option to charge for paying with card .

Excellent service
Comentários: SingleOps has made us a more efficient company, as we have sped up the time of lead to payment by months. It has started to be a gamechanger when it comes to how we do business by improving our workflow and making my employees more accountable.
Vantagens:
SingleOps is easy to use and manage. The ability for it to help in all aspects of our industry are vital as we are a full service company.
Desvantagens:
The set up of singleops is little cumbersome but I assume that this is similar to any CRM.
Great Platform for Digitizing the Estimating Process
Comentários: 3 months of use in and it has done a great job of moving our estimators off of paper for a quicker proposal turnaround and hand off to production.
Vantagens:
Ease of use after everything is set up. Remaining simple to use while having a lot of options to add on if needed.
Desvantagens:
Quickbooks integration isn't seamless and there are items that don't match up. QuickBooks integration was definitely added after the software was developed and they do a decent job matching the architecture, but plenty of pain points.

Some vital improvements:- able to print batches of forms such as work orders, invoices, etc. it is tedious to open each one and print- have drop-down choices for regularly used verbiage in estimates- have more flexibility with proposal layouts. There is certain information we would like columns for but crowds the form and would be beneficial for it to go onto a second line or have a layout more useful for. -
Solid Software for the Tree & Landscape Industry
Vantagens:
I like the integration between myself, our office and the crew. It's helpful to write estimates that are converted to work orders and then can be sent as invoices. It saves a lot of time.
Desvantagens:
It's not the most simple or intuitive software. There are aspects I haven't even tried to use because I don't have the time to figure out how to use it.
