> **Vantagens**: The platform allows capturing all fields that you could imagine and use it to personalise the content of the campaigns. The user fields exist more or less in every tool, but Frizbit also has all product fields and you can also send any custom field via their javascript client. These peaked our CTR's.

> **Desvantagens**: The only thing I missed is when we are creating a campaign in multi-language we need to write if else to differentiate languages in the same field. It would be easier to have different tab for each language in UI.

> We are quite happy with the solution overall and Frizbit team were able to implement everything on our GTM within a day. We are planning to try their email campaigns as well.

As a room rental platform, users search rooms in specific areas with specific criteria and Frizbit allows us to use all of these criteria to dynamically personalise the notifications for every user. You don't have to do any API integration or define static tags, all is defined on the dashboard.

> **Desvantagens**: It doesn't have self-service installation. So you need to wait the account manager to schedule a call with you and walk you through onboarding. However, after that everything flows very smoothly.

> You set up your triggers for different campaigns, personalise them with dynamic parameters and you are done. The campaigns runs by itself in the most personalised way possible. We have generated a highly effective user retention channel thanks to Frizbit.
