Online software ensures that multiple translators can work in parallel. Support team helped us solve project-related questions. > > **Desvantagens**: A major upgrade to the LingoHub software in 2019 led to slower response times earlier this year. I understand someone can have technical issues but trying to lie to your customers about it is low.
