Vantagens: Projektron BCS offers a great customer benefit and supports our teams with a lot of features. It supports agile Methodologies with Scrum and Kanban, traditional Methodologies with Resource-,Time-, Risk- and Quality Management and allows us to combine both Methodologies for hybrid project management based on product development with compliance requirements and embedded systems. We can choose for each team and project the needed features and simultaneously synchronize these teams and projects via Multiteam-, Multiprojekt- and Portfoliomanagement.
Supplementary features for HR (Management of applications and skills), Controlling (capture meatrial and labor costs) and Sales (billing and proposal preparation) supports equally daily routines and projects. Since we work with sensitive data we welcome the ISO 27001 certification of Projektron BCS to ensure complete information security. Every three months comes a major release with new features.

Desvantagens: Projektron BCS is a very powerful tool with many features, so that the user can be overwhelmed in the beginning. The tool options allow to define default views for specific user groups. Since the feature development is customer-driven they have a lot of features and ideas in the pipeline which can result in some waiting time for a specific feature (complaining on a high comfort level).
