Moving to OptiSigns gave us total internal control over all our screens across the company. The value for money is outstanding compared to traditional signage solutions. Screen, device, and playlist management are very solid, making it simple to organize and schedule content in real time right from my laptop. Being able to eliminate ongoing vendor fees while keeping our internal communications fresh and timely has significantly reduced our overall operations spend. > > **Desvantagens**: If there’s one feature I really miss, it’s a native, direct integration with Zoom to easily broadcast live video streams or town halls directly to our screens without relying on workaround links. That flexibility is incredibly valuable to me. The yearly plan is also very reasonably priced and easy to justify based on the ROI and the amount of time it saves me. On top of that, the customer service has been nothing but exceptional whenever I’ve needed help. There are a lot of features and options, so occasionally it takes me a little time to figure out where a particular setting is or how to do something new. But once I figure it out, it’s usually very easy. Overall, OptiSigns saves me time, helps us keep our content fresh and professional, and gives me the flexibility I need in a fast-paced marketing environment.
