This year, we ended up in a strange situation where two elections were needed. The customer service line was great. The representative was super helpful and explained things clearly, walking me through what was needed to hold two elections. The process wasn't ideal, but the representative provided friendly and quality service. > > **Desvantagens**: I mentioned that the platform is self-teachable, but it's not intuitive. The guides are very wordy, and I think more visual prompts would be helpful. For example, there are so many prompts for personalized language, but it's not always clear where a user will see the prompt and how it would appear on their screen.
